Unlike conventional manufacturing methods which require numerous steps, feinblanking produces complex metal parts in a single perfect pass with unparalleled accuracy and precision.
Die tools in the shape of the final blanks are first designed with the latest drafting software and then finished by hand by talented craftsmen. These dies are then placed into state–of–the–art, triple-action machine presses which use the new tool to create steel duplicates up to and beyond 12mm in thickness.
